Well web site design has come a bit from creating pages by simple html. More and more sites are switching over to CMS system (Content Management System). I will present lot of solutions and you will find all you need to create great web design, tips for search engine optimization, design software and more.

My focus will be on Joomla CMS, because thats the easiest way to integrate design template, to modify the template and change it.

Why?

Joomla and most other CMS system separates design from content! That meas you can do all your tex, menu system, poll, forum etc. etc. and then change or replace the design solution. Well just having the same look on your homepage is boring after 6 month or so.

 

The first thing we have to consider is your computer knowledge, how much time do you have and how much money are you willing to spend?
  • I can spend 500 to 1000 dollar and like to bye professional made web site design.
  • I can spend 50 to 100 dollar, have some time, have some knowledges and like to learn web design.
  • I want all for free, have lot off time, have good computer knowledges and like to learn.Will do all web design and development by my self.

  • Free Templates section - This is the main section. Here you will find all the free templates. On some site you have to pay for the templates, but they usually have some free templates to. In general payed templates is better designed and better functionally then free templates. I will sort them out by category, as html, flash, Joomla etc, etc.
  • Joomla I made this separated section.
  • Website Design Section - Here you will find many how to about web design. I am manly focused on design and search optimization tips. There is also information about Google Adsense and more.
  • Design Software Section - There is lot of image editing, web creating and code manipulating manipulating software, to chose the right one is not easy!
  • The News Section - All interesting news about Web design and more.
  • FAQ - Here you will find FAQ and Forum. Be aware that this is not payed service therefore you can't expect hight end support.
